2024/25 Season Ticket FAQs

Based on feedback from previous years, we've pulled together some Frequently Asked Questions that we hope will assist you with any queries you might have.

Making an online account?

Don’t have an account with us? Follow this simple guide to set one up.

Adding other users to your account?

It is really important that each season ticket is purchased under the name of the individual and their email address, just so we can notify the correct holders if we encounter any issues or need to make contact.

It's very difficult if season tickets come under various different names, so this really helps us out. You can follow our step-by-step guide here to help.

When do season tickets go on sale and how do I buy them?

Season tickets go on sale from Tuesday (12 March) for BACS transfers. You can also email queries@swindontownfc.co.uk with your client reference numbers and we can send you a payment link. We can also start accepting cash and card payments in the club shop.

You can also call 03300021879 using option 1, but please be aware there may be delays in us answering your enquiries.

What are the deadlines?

Early bird pricing will run from Tuesday 12 March until Friday 31 May, with standard pricing applying from Saturday 1 June.

Can I buy more than one season ticket?

Of course, but each ticket purchased must be under individual names. If paying by BACS, please only pay for two tickets at a time, and include both client reference numbers in the payment reference.

Will I receive confirmation of my booking?

If paying via BACS or payment link, we will send an email confirmation within 10 working days of receiving your payment. If paying in-store, you will receive a receipt at the point of purchase.

Can I change my seat?

Yes, seat moves will be free until Friday 7 June. Season cards will be printed from this date, so any seat moves after this will be at a cost of £15.

When will I receive my card?

Season cards will be available for collection from the end of June, (date TBC) and season cards that need to be posted will be available from Monday 1 July. The club will confirm via all media platforms when a date is confirmed.

What if I lose my season card?

A new card can be obtained from the club shop/ticket office at a price of £15.

How many loyalty points will I receive?

As a season ticket holder, you gain 260 loyalty points on your account – this is for tickets only.

This will enable you to get priorities on any big games Swindon may have over the forthcoming season.

Further points are allocated when purchasing other games, 15 for a home cup game and 10 for any away fixture (provided the tickets are sold via Swindon Town).

Is there a dedicated family stand?

We use Don Rogers D1 Upper and F1 Upper in the Arkells as our family sections.

Can I spread the cost?

We will be using Klarna or V12 for you to spread the cost of your season ticket/s.

Will 2024/25 ticket holders have their seats reserved?

We will be clearing down any seats left on reserve on Friday 31 May.

What are the various cut-off points for concessionary tickets?

*Proof of ID will be needed*

This gives supporters the option to split their payments across 3 monthly instalments.

V12 will also be available online which allows supporters to spread the payment over a 3 or 9-month period.

Bank transfer can also be used.

What age do children have to be to go free?

Children must be under the age of two.

Is there an option to pay online using a credit card?

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible at this time. These are only available to purchase over the phone or via email through Payment Link.

What does Family 1 mean in the pricing structure?

This means one adult, plus one person aged under 18.

What is the date cut-off for those aged 11 to 18?

To be eligible for a Junior under-18 season ticket, the supporters must be aged 11 to 17 on or before Thursday 1 August 2024.

To be eligible for a Junior under-11 season ticket, the supporter must be aged 10 or under on or before Thursday 1 August 2024.

How does the pricing for renewals and new season tickets work?

As mentioned in the advisory board minutes and at the recent Fan’s Forum, we are freezing season ticket prices based on last season’s early bird prices. We will then increase all the prices by 10% when the early bird window shuts. For more information, click here.
